Terms and Conditions of AXA Health Keeper (“Terms and Conditions”)

AXA Health Keeper 條款及條件 (簡稱「條款及條件」)



  1. AXA Health Keeper (the “Platform”) is provided by AXA China Region Insurance Company (Bermuda) Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) and AXA General Insurance Hong Kong Limited (“AXA Hong Kong” or “we” or “us”). This is a health and wellness service platform providing you with lifestyle, health and wellness goods and/or services through a points rewards program.

AXA Health Keeper(「平台」)是由安盛保險 (百慕達) 有限公司 (於百慕達註冊成立的有限公司) 及安盛保險有限公司(「AXA安盛香港」、「本公司」或「我們」)提供。本健康服務平台透過積分獎賞計劃為閣下提供健康產品及/或服務。


Registration and Account Security註冊和賬戶安全

  1. When using the Platform we expect you to help us maintain the security of your account. You acknowledge and agree that:



(a) You will not invent a false persona, but will use your real identity at all times on the Platform.



(b) You will not impersonate another person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with another person or entity.



(c) To the fullest extent permitted under Hong Kong law, you shall keep all information obtained through this Platform secure and confidential.



(d) You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any activity that occurs under or through your account as a result of your failure to keep this information private, secure and confidential.  You shall bear the risk of your account being used by any other person for any purpose not authorized by you.  AXA Hong Kong is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or other expense incurred by you due to any third party using your account or password as a result of your failure to keep your account information private, secure and confidential.



(e) If you invent a false persona or misrepresent your real identity we reserve the right to disable, delete or suspend your account.



(f) If we disable, delete or suspend your account, you agree you will not create another account without our permission.



Collection of Health Metrics  收集健康指標

  1. This Platform will obtain health metrics including but not limited to your age, height, weight, step count, sleep data, and fitness workout details from your authorised health tracking devices or your authorized smartphone on which the Platform is installed. The scope of the health metrics this Platform shall obtain may be updated from time to time.



  1. The collected health metrics shall be used for your reference and for the purpose of the rewards program to be detailed later (“Rewards Program”) (if applicable) only. This function can only be used in the mobile devices owned or controlled by you and where this Platform has been installed.



  1. Your participation in the Rewards Program assumes that you have given your consent that this Platform can have access to the health metrics mentioned above whether stored in your mobile device or your designated health tracking devices in order to be eligible for the Rewards Program. Unless specified otherwise, the data collected by this Platform shall not be used for any other purpose (such as it cannot be used as legal evidence).



  1. AXA Hong Kong does not represent and warrant the accuracy of the journey record and the number of steps recorded. The Reward Program is based on the data collected on AXA Hong Kong’s system and AXA Hong Kong’s decision on the number of steps eligible to the Reward Program is final and non-negotiable.



Rewards Program 獎賞計劃

  1. By participating in the activities stated on the Platform, you can earn Fitpoints under the Rewards Program which enable you to enjoy services and/or discounts provided by our selected suppliers. Details of the activities, relevant rewards and the redemption procedures can be found here .

閣下參與平台上所述的活動可賺取獎賞計劃的Fitpoints,使閣下可享受本公司精選供應商所提供的服務及/或優惠。有關活動、相關獎賞及換領的詳情可見 .


  1. Unless otherwise provided, all Fitpoints will be valid for a period of 2 years from the date the Fitpoints are accredited to your AXA Health Keeper profile. AXA Hong Kong reserves the rights to adjust the point system and your Fitpoints entitlements.

除非另有指明,所有Fitpoints自存入閣下AXA Health Keeper帳戶的日期起計有效2年。AXA安盛香港保留權利調整積分制度和閣下享有的積分資格。


Partners Program 合作夥伴計劃

  1. Where available and applicable, you will have to access the services of selected health and medical service providers (“Partners”) through our Partners Program on this Platform. These Partners will provide services either online or within a clinic or physical location and are subject to availability. Details of Partners Program are listed here and will be updated from time to time. Fees and charges may apply to the Partner services.



  1. Rewards Program and Partners Program: AXA Hong Kong reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to do any of the following, at any time, without notice:

獎賞計劃及合作夥伴計劃 :AXA安盛香港保留權利絕對酌情決定在任何時候採取下列任何行動而毋須另行通知:

  1. amend, modify, add, delete or revise in any way any information of this Program and/or these Terms and Conditions;


  1. suspend or terminate the Program, or any portion of the Program, for any reason;


  1. expand, add, modify, reduce, remove or change the Program, or any portion of the Program; and


  1. interrupt the operation of the Program, or any portion of the Program, as necessary to perform maintenance, error correction, or other changes.



  1. AXA Hong Kong reserves the right to withdraw any rewards under the Rewards Program if, in our sole discretion, you have attempted to:-



  • fabricate data for the Rewards Program, including but not limited to spoofing and/or any other similar methods;


  • undermine the fairness, integrity or legitimate operation of the Rewards Program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices;


  • use automated system to participate in the Rewards Program; or


  • enter with multiple or fake emails addresses or accounts, use fictitious identities or use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate in the Reward Program. 以多個或虛假電子郵件地址或賬戶登入、使用虛構身份或使用任何系統、執行重複功能程式或其他裝置或策略參與獎賞計劃。

  1. You understand that the access to and/or use of the Platform are subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. As such, by accessing and/or using this Platform, you hereby accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use or access to this Platform.



  1. Information and materials provided on this Platform are general in nature and do not constitute financial or medical advice from AXA Hong Kong. While AXA Hong Kong has taken reasonable care in providing such information and materials, they are not specific to your investment and/or health training objectives, financial and/or medical situation or particular needs. AXA Hong Kong does not provide professional financial, medical, diagnosis or treatment advice. The information you may receive through this Platform is not a substitute for the advice of a medical professional, and should not be relied upon when making medical decisions, or to diagnose or treat a medical or health condition. If you require medical advice or services, you should consult a medical professional. No person should rely on the contents of any of the information, recommendations, products or services through this Platform without first obtaining advice from a qualified health professional. No person should act on any information, recommendations, products or services provided before they have formed their own opinion through investigation and research as to the suitability of the information, products or services for their circumstances.



  1. The information and materials contained in this Platform are provided on an “as is” and “as-available” basis without representation and/or warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In particular, no warranty or responsibility is assumed by AXA Hong Kong and our related or holding companies regarding non-infringement, security, accuracy, completeness, adequacy, reasonableness, fitness for a purpose or free from computer viruses in connection with the information and materials provided. AXA Hong Kong and our related companies and holding companies do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, cost or other expense, whether wholly or partially, directly or indirectly, arising from any error, inaccuracy or omission in relation to this Platform to the extent that such liability is not excluded by law.

By providing hyperlinks or connection to third parties’ services/products/contents via the Platform, AXA Hong Kong is not responsible for the contents, and shall not be deemed to endorse, invite, recommend, approve, guarantee or introduce any third parties or their services/products/contents, or have any form of cooperation with such third parties and websites. AXA Hong Kong is not a party to any contractual arrangements entered into between you and the third party provider of services/products/contents unless otherwise expressly specified or agreed to by AXA Hong Kong. AXA Hong Kong shall have no obligations or liabilities whatsoever in relation to the offer(s), goods and/or service(s) (including, without limitation, their quality and supply) provided by third parties.



  1. Nothing contained on this Platform shall be regarded as inviting or recommending you to purchase any products provided by AXA Hong Kong.



  1. Due to the nature of the internet, transactions/communication may be subject to interruption, transmission blackout, delayed transmission and incorrect data transmission. AXA Hong Kong does not represent or warrant that this Platform will be available at all times and that access will not be interrupted, that any defects will be corrected, that there will be no delays, failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information, that no viruses or other contaminating or destructive properties will be transmitted or that no damage will occur to your mobile devices or access device. AXA Hong Kong is not liable for malfunctions in communications facilities not under its control that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of messages and transactions you send or receive. You have the sole responsibility for adequate protection of mobile phones/access device and back up of data by taking sensible and prudent actions. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to this Platform via your mobile devices.



  1. By accessing or using this Platform, you expressly agree that such access or use is at your own risk. We assume no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, cost or other expenses which you may incur as a result of any information or materials provided on this Platform and/or your access to, or the use of, this Platform,. You acknowledge that you are fully aware and expressly agree that use of this Platform is subject to having all your activities hereof monitored and recorded by us.



  1. To the fullest extent permitted under Hong Kong law and/or Macau law (whichever applicable), you shall keep all information obtained through this Platform secure and confidential.



  1. Any product details contained within this Platform are for reference only and are not a complete description of all terms, conditions and exclusions applicable to the relevant product. For details of the terms, conditions and exclusions relating to the products, please refer to the relevant product brochure or policy contract. AXA Hong Kong will be happy to provide the relevant product brochure or a specimen of the relevant policy contract upon request.



  1. If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to be enforceable. If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision is deemed severable from the Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions are still valid and enforceable.



  1. These Term and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. You and AXA Hong Kong agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.



  1. AXA Hong Kong reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to do any of the following, at any time, without notice:


  • amend, modify, add, delete or revise in any way any information of this Platform and/or these Terms and Conditions;


  • determine, impose and vary from time to time the scope and/or any restrictions on the use of this Platform to be made available;


  • suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Platform, or any portion of the Platform, for any reason;


  • expand, add, modify, reduce, remove or change functionalities in the Platform, or any portion of the Platform; and


  • interrupt the operation of the Platform, or any portion of the Platform, as necessary to perform maintenance, error correction, or other changes.



All information herein contained is subject to change without notice. Since you are bound by these Terms and Conditions, it is your responsibility to check them periodically for changes.



  1. In the event of any inconsistency and/or omission between the English language and other language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English language version shall prevail.



Prohibited Conduct禁止行為

  1. You agree not to use this Platform to:


  • Violate applicable law;


  • Infringes the intellectual property rights of AXA Hong Kong or any third parties;


  • Stalk, harass, or harm another individual;


  • Collect or store personal data about other individuals;


  • Impersonate any person, or otherwise misrepresent account identity in this Platform; 假冒其他人士,或於本平台失實陳述賬戶身份;
  • Interfere with, disrupt or violate the Terms and Conditions or servers or networks connected to this Platform; or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of such networks;


  • Interfere with another individual’s use of this Platform;


  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to this Platform, or to other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to this Platform;


  • Transmit any file that contains viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other contaminating or destructive features;


  • Use this Platform to conduct any activity or solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity that infringes the rights of others;


  • Resell, barter, trade, auction or otherwise generate income by providing access to this Platform to others.

  1. Copyright in the information and materials provided and all trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and icons contained on this Platform are owned by AXA Hong Kong or our group companies (unless otherwise specified) and are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. No part of the materials may be modified, reproduced, transmitted and distributed in any format for commercial or public use without the prior written consent from AXA Hong Kong. You may not alter or modify such information in any way, including removing this copyright notice.



Indemnity and Release彌償和免除


  1. You agree to indemnify and must keep indemnified AXA Hong Kong, its related companies and any holding companies from and against any liability, loss, damage, cost or expenses of any kind whatsoever, arising directly or indirectly as a result of or in connection with your non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.



  1. You will release AXA Hong Kong, its related companies or any holding companies from any and all liability to you in relation to your use of this Platform, including but not limited to any loss of data or purging of data.



Collection of Personal Data個人資料的收集

  1. AXA Hong Kong applies strict measures to safeguard the confidentiality of personal data. We limit access to your personal data to people working for us on a business need to know basis who shall ensure that your personal data are protected against unauthorized or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use. We store information under a secure site with 128-bit encryption. Personal data to and from AXA Hong Kong is encrypted through the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

AXA安盛香港嚴謹執行保安措施,以確保個人資料之機密性。只有為本公司工作的人士,在公事所需而須知情的情況下,方有權接觸閣下的個人資料,以保障閣下的個人資料不受未獲准許的或意外的查閱、處理、刪除、丟失或其他使用所影響。我們以128位元加密將資料儲存在一個安全的地方。AXA安盛香港發送和接收的個人資料均透過SSL協議(Secure Socket Layer protocol)加密。


Purpose 目的

  1. From time to time it is necessary for AXA Hong Kong to collect your personal data which may be used, stored, processed, transferred, disclosed or shared by us for purposes (“Purposes”), including:



  1. offering, providing and marketing to you the products/services of AXA Hong Kong, other companies of the AXA Group (“our affiliates”) or our business partners (see “Use and provision of personal data in direct marketing” below), and administering, maintaining, managing and operating such products/services;

  1. evaluating your financial needs;

  1. conducting market research for statistical or other purposes;

  1. matching any data held which relates to you from time to time for any of the purposes listed herein;

  1. conducting identity and/or credit checks and/or debt collection;

  1. complying with the laws of any applicable jurisdiction;

  1. carrying out other services in connection with the operation of AXA Hong Kong’s business; and


  1. other purposes directly relating to any of the above.


Please note that if you do not provide us with your personal data, we may not be able to provide the information, products or services you need or process your request.

  1. Personal data will be kept confidential but, subject to the provisions of any applicable law, may be provided to:

  1. credit reference agencies or, in the event of default, debt collection agencies;

Transfer of your personal data will only be made for one or more of the Purposes specified above.

  1. insurance, banking, provident fund or scheme, financial services, securities and related products and services;

  1. products and services on health, wellness and medical, food and beverage, sporting activities and membership, entertainment, spa and similar relaxation activities, travel and transportation, household, apparel, education, social networking, media and high-end consumer products;


  1. the above products and services may be provided by AXA Hong Kong and/or:

  1. any of our affiliates;


  1. third party financial institutions;

  1. the business partners or co-branding partners of AXA Hong Kong and/or affiliates providing the products and services set out in 2 above;

  1. third party reward, loyalty or privileges programme providers supporting AXA Hong Kong or any of the above listed entities;

  1. in addition to marketing the above products and services, AXA Hong Kong also intends to provide the data described in 1 above to all or any of the persons described in 3 above for use by them in marketing those products and services, and AXA Hong Kong requires your written consent (which includes an indication of no objection) for that purpose

除由本公司促銷上述服務及產品外,AXA安盛香港亦有意將上文 1. 段部份所述的資料提供予上文 3. 段部份所述的全部或任何人士,以供該等人士在促銷該等服務及產品中使用,而AXA安盛香港為此目的須獲得客戶書面同意 ( 包括表示不反對 ) 。

Before using your personal data for the purposes and providing to the transferees set out above, AXA Hong Kong must obtain your written consent, and only after having obtained such written consent, may use and provide your personal data for any promotional or marketing purpose.



You may in future withdraw your consent to the use and provision of your personal data for direct marketing.


If you wish to withdraw your consent, please inform us in writing to the address in the section on “Data Access and Correction”. AXA Hong Kong shall, without charge to you, ensure that you are not included in future direct marketing activities.



Data Access and Correction 個人資料的查閱和更正

  1. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to ascertain whether AXA Hong Kong holds your personal data, to obtain a copy of the data, and to correct any data that is inaccurate. You may also request AXA Hong Kong to inform you of the type of personal data held by it. Requests for access and correction or for information regarding policies and practices and kinds of data held by AXA Hong Kong should be addressed in writing to:
